Q: How can we avail of the trade-in program?

A: You can approach any of our Marketing Professionals and Service Advisors for inquiries regarding the unit you may want to trade-in. You may also get a "Quick Appraisal" by filling up an appraisal form by selecting the 'Trade in Your Car' from the 'Quick Links' on the left navigation.

Q: What are the brands and models of cars that can be traded-in for a brand new Toyota?

A: Any brand will do as long as it is locally purchased from a certified dealer. Vehicles up to 12 years old may be traded in. Toyota Balintawak does not accept the trade in of vehicles purchased from Subic. For more information regarding this matter, please contact our Marketing Professionals and Service Advisors.

Q: What are the procedures for trade-in?

A: Follow these simple steps for a successful trade in.

Bring your car to our service department for your cost appraisal.
If the price is ok, we can proceed with the actual trade-in for a brand new Toyota vehicle.
The agreed price will be deducted from the brand new price. The remaining balance can be financed or paid in cash.
If the balance is greater than the down payment (if financing is included in the transaction), you can request for a refund.

Q: What are the documents required to initiate a trade-in?

A: Please refer to the following list:

Original Receipt
Certificate of Registration
TPL insurance or Comprehensive Insurance policy
2 valid ID's with specimen signature

If encumbered:

Original Receipt
Certificate of Registration
TPL insurance or Comprehensive Insurance policy
Release of Chattel Mortgage and Cancellation of Mortgage
2 valid ID's with specimen signature
