Service Points Advantage (SPA), enjoy unlimited rewards thru earning points.
Here are the general mechanics:
- Customers are entitled for a SPA Card for every minimum parts and service billing amount of P1,000.00.
- Customers shall fill in the application form and pay the registration fee of P100.00.
- Customer Relation Department (CRD) will process the SPA Card.
- On the next services the total amount paid by customer will automatically be converted to points.
- The following conditions are set as parameters.
- Only parts and labor shall be converted to SPA points.
- Only customer paid transactions shall be counted as SPA points.
- LABOR: 1pt for every P100.00; PARTS: 1pt for every P100.00
- Card validity: 2 years
- Existing promos during the duration shall be counted as SPA points.
- Discounted price shall be converted to SPA points after the discounted price.
- SPA Points are not convertible to CASH and are not transferrable.
- Customer should always present the SPA Card to Service Advisor prior to servicing for Customer I.D. verification/validation.
- Fleet accounts are not included. For individual customer only
- Insurance claim transaction are not valid for this program.
- Vehicle sales payments is not convertible to reward points.
- SPA points is not transferrable.
- Discounted/Existing Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) or TBK promos shall be converted to points after the deducted price is tallied.
- Lost card shall be report to CRD for replacement of card request with P50.00 replacement fee.
