In celebration of it's 10th Anniversary, Toyota North Edsa (TNE) recently inaugurated it's newly-renovated dealer facility last November 27, 2008, headed by it's president, Atty. Reginaldo Oben with wife, Mrs. Teresa Oben, and Executive Vice President, Mr. Cosco Oben. The 5,225-square meter (sqm) property houses, and 9,487sqm 3-storey office area features a bigger showroom and new training facilities. TBK-NE is located at 1010 EDSA, Quezon City, a minute walk from the newly re-opened SM North Edsa.
"In 1990, we only had one dealership located in Caloocan which mainly caters to Caloocan area. However, as the market continue to grow and customers became more demanding, we saw the need for another facility, one that can accommodate more vehicles both on display in the showroom and in the service areas. Eight years after the establishment of TBK, we inaugurated Toyota North Edsa. This greatly improved our
accessibility, because TBK-NE caters to a new market in Quezon City and North-West, effectively widening our coverage. With two facilities, we are able to reach sales of 2,700 units and serviced almost 29,000 units last year. We are also very proud to have been awarded Dealer of the Year for (4) four consecutive years (1991-1994) and Best Overall Dealer Performance from 2004 to 2006, as well as other individual awards for our best employees," explained by Mr. Cosco Oben.
The new facility boasts of a bigger showroom area which can accommodate 9 vehicles, an improved parts counter, a gallery-type accessories counter, a comfortable service reception area and the waste water treatment plant that promotes Toyota North Edsa's active campaign for "Tungo sa Bagong Kalikasan."
